How to Delete Your Account
There are two simple ways to request the deletion of your account and personal information:
Option 1: Through the Mobile App
- Open the BazarJi app on your device.
- Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom menu.
- Scroll down to the Settings section.
- Tap on Delete Account.
- Confirm your request in the dialog box.
Option 2: Contact Support
If you no longer have access to the app, you can email us directly. Please include your registered mobile number.

When you delete your account, your data is processed as follows:

What Happens Next?
Once you submit a request, your account will be deactivated immediately. Within 48 hours, all non-required personal data will be permanently removed from our active servers. Please note that once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account or loyalty points.
